Hosted, compliant websites for registered businesses on unique subdomains
A public directory of verified hosted businesses
A2P 10DLC registration guidance for listed businesses

3. Business Listings

Businesses listed on our platform have been registered through our verification process. Each business is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during registration. CTCDM reserves the right to remove any listing that is found to be fraudulent, misleading, or in violation of these terms.

4. Hosted Websites

Websites hosted on subdomains of ctcdm.com are generated based on information provided by the registered business. CTCDM hosts these sites as a service and does not independently verify all claims made in the business content. The business owner is responsible for the accuracy of their website content.

5. Intellectual Property

Business owners retain ownership of their business information, logos, and content. The CTCDM platform design, code, and directory structure are the property of Clicks to Closes.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use the platform to:

Register fraudulent or fictitious businesses
Distribute malware, spam, or malicious content
Scrape, copy, or redistribute directory data in bulk
Impersonate another business or individual

7. Limitation of Liability

CTCDM and Clicks to Closes are not liable for any damages arising from the use of hosted websites, directory listings, or A2P registration guidance. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to remove any business listing or hosted website at our discretion, with or without notice, for violation of these terms or for any other reason.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
